Job summary

Roto-Rooter in Kokomo, IN is seeking a Water Restoration Lead Technician earning $20-$25/hour with full benefits. Join a trusted name in water restoration and lead critical cleanup projects for residential and commercial properties.

You will supervise water extraction, drying, and documentation, collaborate with a skilled team, and follow established restoration protocols to return properties to pre-loss condition. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in water/fire restoration, construction, demolition, or another labor-intensive trade (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Comfortable using moisture meters, extractors, and drying equipment (training provided if needed)
• Attention to detail when documenting job progress and following safety and remediation protocols
• Ability to work effectively in small teams and follow direction from supervisors or lead technicians
