Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in water/fire restoration, construction, demolition, or another labor-intensive trade (preferred)
• Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
• Comfortable using moisture meters, extractors, and drying equipment (training provided if needed)
• Attention to detail when documenting job progress and following safety and remediation protocols
• Ability to work effectively in small teams and follow direction from supervisors or lead technicians

Responsibilities

• Take charge of or assist with water extraction, drying, and cleanup services in residential and commercial properties.
• Help customers restore their homes or businesses with efficiency, professionalism, and care.
• Collaborate with your team to return properties to pre-loss condition.
