This position requires a leader with over 7 years of construction or restoration experience and at least 3 years in people management. You will inspire and guide high-performing teams while managing complex projects. We provide a dynamic and growth-oriented environment where your leadership can shine. Formación

• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction, restoration, or remodeling.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management, including performance reviews.
• Must have previous project management experience.
• IICRC certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and elevate the construction department to world-class status.
• Document and refine business processes across the organization.
