Job summary

Roto-Rooter Services Company is seeking Field Sales Representatives for Water Restoration to identify and close opportunities in residential and commercial markets. You will work with leads provided by service technicians and call centers, building relationships to mitigate water damage and deliver effective solutions.

Ideal candidates will have outside sales experience, strong customer service, and the ability to travel with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated exceptional focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Water Restoration and practices is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to residential and commercial markets.
• Assess property to determine moisture levels and need for demolition and drying.
• Engage in follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective water-related solutions.
• Leverage pricing matrix/insurance guidelines to provide quotes and close sales.
• Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
