Job summary

Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Water Resources Engineering Project Manager. You will perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, dam safety assessments, and design for water resource and stormwater projects.

You will lead computations, drawings, and regulatory reviews while coordinating with clients and agencies to move projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience with water resources projects in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater, or dam safety.
• Proven experience with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, HydroCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Experience producing engineering drawings.
• Strong writing and technical report preparation skills.
• Unsteady flow and 2D hydraulic modeling experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, dam safety assessments and design.
• Manage compliance, rehabilitation and utility infrastructure projects.
• Contribute to stream restoration, floodplain and drainage studies.
• Produce engineering drawings and calculations and support regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and local government officials throughout all project phases.
