WSB in Oklahoma City seeks a Water Resources Project Manager, Senior PM, or Water Resources Manager to lead watershed modeling, FEMA floodplain studies and stormwater design across Oklahoma and beyond. You are a licensed PE with strong hydrology and hydraulics expertise and a track record of client leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in water resources, stormwater, and H&H engineering.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Active PE license or obtaining within 6 months.
• Proficiency with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools.
• Experience with FEMA LOMC submittals.

Responsibilities

• Define objectives, scopes, budgets, deliverables, and schedules for water resources projects.
• Own client communications and project documentation from kickoff to closeout.
• Plan and oversee activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Guide team through challenges with creative solutions.
• Maintain quality on all deliverables and mentor staff.
• Support business development and build client relationships in floodplain and stormwater work.
