Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Experience mentoring and developing staff.
• Proven ability to review Civil Engineering deliverables.
• Experience preparing proposals and managing project execution.
• Experience interfacing with clients, networking, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to create land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
• Oversee quality control, design reviews, and compliance through all project phases.
• Manage budgets, schedules, bidding, and construction documentation.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers to build capability.
