Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager with Water Wastewater Experience in either Indianapolis, IN.

Required:

1. Project management responsibilities including monitoring scope, budgeting, staffing, and production of assigned water resources projects.
2. Works with clients to pursue project funding through available funding agencies while following funding agency practices and policies.
3. Prepare and contribute to portions of water resources project proposals, change orders, client contracts, and communication pertaining to specific projects.
4. Generating water resources designs aligning with the most up-to-date design standards.
5. Research and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
6. Complete design quantity computations and checks for opinions of probable construction costs.
7. Registered Professional Engineer in IN, KY, or OH.

Preferred:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited program.
2. 7+ years’ experience designing water resource projects.
3. 3+ years’ experience managing projects and leading project teams.
4. Background working on public sector design projects like INDOT/ODOT, county, and municipal design projects.
5. Experience with water treatment and/or wastewater treatment design, combined sewer overflow consolidated design, and municipal program management.
6. Preferred technical knowledge and computer skills:
   • AutoCAD Civil 3D
   • Experience with various water resources software modeling packages
   • Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
   • Adobe

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Duration: Temp-to-hire

Pay: $40-$50/hr.
