Job summary

Lochmueller Group seeks a Water Resources Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of critical water infrastructure projects for public and private clients. The role includes mentoring engineers, guiding project teams, and growing the Water Resources practice across Missouri and beyond.

The position may be based out of St. Louis, St. Charles, or Edwardsville offices, with travel as needed to clients and project sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
PE license required.
10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with emphasis in stormwater, wastewater, drinking water, and municipal infrastructure projects.
Experience leading water resources and municipal infrastructure projects for municipalities, public/private utilities, counties, and DOT clients.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, and delivery of water resources infrastructure projects for municipal, county, utility and private clients.
Mentor developing engineers and contribute to business development.
Oversee projects from planning through design and construction, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders on requirements, schedules, budgets, and funding opportunities.
Provide technical leadership in stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water engineering and perform analyses and design tasks.
