Job summary

Lochmueller Group seeks a Senior Water Resources Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of water resources infrastructure for municipal utilities and other clients. You will guide projects from planning through construction, mentor engineers, and help grow our Water Resources practice in Missouri and beyond. Based in St.

Louis, St. Charles, or Edwardsville, IL, you will manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to ensure on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience in water resources and municipal infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects for municipal, county, and utility clients.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development efforts.
• Oversee project scopes, budgets, schedules, and client satisfaction.
