Job summary

Qualifications

  • Extensive water resources engineering experience with a proven ability to lead projects and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong interest in driving client engagement and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills.
  • Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with senior leaders on client management and strategic business development for water resources in Western Missouri and Kansas.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to spearhead our water, wastewater, and stormwater design efforts in the Kansas City region. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth of our water resources practice in the area. In this role, you will help shape the vision and direction of our services in the region, backed by the full support of our company-wide water resources and civil engineering teams. You’ll have the opportunity to pursue and manage complex water, wastewater, and stormwater projects, mentor and develop staff, and collaborate with experts across multiple disciplines. This is an exciting role for someone who is entrepreneurial, technically skilled, and motivated to drive the long-term success and expansion of our water resources services.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinating and collaborating with senior leaders on client management and strategic business development for water resources engineering services within Western Missouri and Kansas.

Required qualifications:
