Job summary

Lochmueller Group seeks a Senior Water Resources Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of water infrastructure projects for municipal, county, and utility clients. You will mentor engineers, contribute to business development, and grow our Water Resources practice across Missouri and beyond.

Based in our St. Louis area offices, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee projects from planning through construction, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and developing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage stormwater, wastewater, and drinking water infrastructure projects for municipal, utility, and transportation clients.
• Lead planning, design, and construction efforts and coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff to grow the Water Resources practice.
• Drive business development efforts and client engagement to expand our water resources services in Missouri and beyond.
• Ensure project delivery meets scope, budget, and schedule with high quality and compliance.
