Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 3–4 years of civil engineering experience in site design, land development, and permitting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with construction processes, plans, specs, and public works relevance.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives and coordinate all project efforts to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
• Set short and long-term goals and create timelines, assigning specialized teams.
• Schedule, lead, and attend client vision sessions.
• Develop relationships and enhance partnerships.
• Write project proposals.
• Provide management of internal finances including billing, invoice generation, and asset/resource allocation.
• Perform quality assurance/control on others' work, verifying methodologies and outcomes.
