Job summary

Civiltec Engineering is seeking a Civil Engineer experienced in water-related projects to design and manage complex civil works in California. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and water/wastewater project delivery and be proficient with Civil3D, AutoCAD and ArcGIS.

Responsibilities include technical leadership, development of improvement plans, specifications, and permit documentation, while ensuring designs meet codes and company standards.

Qualifications

• Require Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering; PE in CA preferred.
• 3–5 years of Project Engineer experience in civil, water and wastewater.
• Expert use of Civil3D, AutoCAD, ArcGIS.
• No visa sponsorship available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Apply extensive knowledge of civil engineering across diverse project areas.
• Serve as technical specialist and consultant for water/wastewater, land/site development, and public works projects.
• Undertake complex assignments and pioneer new engineering techniques.
• Ensure drawings and designs comply with company standards and codes.
• Direct and prepare improvement plans, specifications, and permit applications.
