AECOM is hiring a Water Resources Project Manager for our Austin, TX team on a hybrid schedule. This role leads surface water projects, including H&H modeling, with Texas focus and potential national initiatives.

Candidates will leverage client relationships and a strong engineering background in water resources to drive planning, design, and compliance. The position emphasizes coordination with local, state, and federal clients, mentoring staff, and contributing to business development while

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Professional Engineering License

Responsabilidades

• Manage/lead/develop H&H modeling including 1D/2D hydraulic models for flood, erosion mitigation, and water quality projects.
• Lead and develop high performing team members; foster an inclusive environment.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for water resources projects.
• Develop and manage project work plans, scopes, schedules, and budgets; ensure adherence to quality, timeline, and financial objectives.
• Supervise and mentor staff; manage workload and staffing.
• Support business development via proposal development and evaluation of opportunities.
• Represent AECOM in client meetings and external presentations.
