You will manage group budgets, evaluate performance, and align activities with corporate strategy across markets on both riverbanks and beyond. A 10+ year track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Professional license or certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of teams by discipline and geography to drive performance.
• Develop and implement staff technical development plans and staffing strategies.
• Oversee marketing, business development, client satisfaction, and growth planning.
• Monitor financial health, budgets, and operational metrics for the group.
• Ensure quality, schedule adherence, risk management, and resource planning.
• Coordinate cross-group resource allocation and travel readiness.
