Responsibilities include business development, preparing proposals, client relations, and presenting to public officials. The ideal candidate has a BSCE, Florida PE, 10+ years in design and project management, and a strong background in stormwater,

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Florida.
• 10+ years in engineering design and project management.
• Strong background in Stormwater and CIP projects.
• Experience with local codes and public agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead and grow the Water Resources team in the Tampa office.
• Partner with Clients to perform planning studies and modeling for municipal projects.
• Prepare and review statements of qualifications.
• Oversee design development, contract documents, cost estimates and client relations.
• Present to public officials and selection committees; engage with the public.
• Lead business development, proposal writing, budgeting and backlog reporting.
• Manage project contracts, invoicing and financial reporting.
