Job summary

You will work with a team of engineers on hydraulic modeling, GIS mapping, and design tasks, gaining exposure to infrastructure like sanitary sewers and water/wastewater facilities. Ideal candidates are pursuing an ABET-accredited BS in Civil/Environmental/Chemical/Structural Engineering, with strong MS Office skills, and good written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Good communication (both written and verbal), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist water resource engineers with hydraulic modeling, GIS mapping, planning and design tasks
• Prepare contract documents and support construction phase efforts
• Collaborate with engineers and technical experts on infrastructure projects such as sanitary/ storm systems and water/wastewater treatment facilities
