Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an Engineering Intern for its Water Business Line in Phoenix, AZ to assist in evaluating, planning, and designing water, wastewater, and stormwater systems. You will contribute to fieldwork, data collection, and sustainability projects while collaborating with teams across the U.S.

and internationally. The role emphasizes learning digital tools such as SharePoint, BIM, Power BI, and AR to enhance project delivery and client collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering or related field.
• Prior internship or coursework in water/wastewater, water resources, or related sectors preferred.
• EIT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and design projects for water, wastewater, and stormwater treatment and conveyance.
• Perform fieldwork: site visits, sample collection, water quality analyses, and data collection.
• Support asset management projects via data analytics and performance evaluations.
