Job summary

Arcadis, the world's leading design and consultancy firm for water, is seeking a dedicated Civil/Environmental Engineering student for our Water South Mid Atlantic team. You will assist in planning, evaluating, and designing water/wastewater projects and interact with clients to grow your technical skills.

In this role you will support asset management and sustainability efforts, conduct field activities, collect data, and help optimize plant operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or related field).
• Preferred: AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and/or Revit.
• EIT certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and design water/wastewater/stormwater projects including pipelines and pumping facilities.
• Conduct site visits, collect water samples, analyze quality, and optimize plant operations.
• Support Asset Management projects with data analytics and condition assessments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client meeting materials; ensure project quality and timeliness.
• Learn and use digital tools like SQL Server, dashboards, SharePoint, BIM, and Power BI.
