Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Water Engineer Co-op/Intern in Cincinnati, OH, beginning May/Summer 2027. You will gain hands-on experience across water/wastewater/stormwater projects, including planning, design, and fieldwork on treatment plants, pipelines, and pumping facilities.

The role focuses on sustainability and resilience, with opportunities to collaborate with teams across the U.S. and internationally and to use SharePoint, BIM, Power BI, and AR tools to enhance delivery.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering.
• Preferred internship or coursework in water resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and client materials.
• Ensure project compliance with Arcadis practices and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team across the U.S. and internationally.
• Learn and use digital tools including SharePoint, BIM, Power BI, and AR to support delivery.
