Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Water Engineer Co-Op or Intern to join the Water Business Line in our Middletown, CT office for Fall 2026. You will gain hands-on experience in water/wastewater/stormwater projects, including design, planning, and sustainability efforts, with fieldwork and site visits as part of the role.

Responsibilities include supporting reports, client meetings, and ensuring project quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering
• Part-time fall availability of 16–20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in water/wastewater/stormwater projects.
• Evaluate, plan, design and support management of water infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site visits, sampling, water quality analyses, and troubleshoot processes.
• Collaborate with teams across the U.S. and internationally.
• Assist with reports, presentations, and client meetings.
