Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Water Engineer Co-Op or Intern for Fall 2026 in our Middletown, CT office. The role involves evaluating and designing water/wastewater/stormwater systems, supporting sustainability projects, and performing fieldwork such as site visits and sampling.

You will work with US and international teams and use BIM, Power BI, and SharePoint to enhance project delivery. This internship emphasizes hands-on experience, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering or related field.
• Availability of 16–20 hours per week during Fall 2026 (August–December).

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating, planning, designing, and supporting water/wastewater/stormwater projects.
• Support sustainability and resilience project management, including vulnerability assessments.
• Conduct fieldwork: site visits, sampling, water quality analyses, and data gathering.
• Learn and use digital tools (SharePoint, BIM, Power BI) to enhance project delivery.
