Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Resources Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of water resources experience.
• Experience managing large datasets and interpreting model projections.
• Strong communication and ability to lead independent or team projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, analytical, and numerical models of water resources systems (hydrology, hydraulics, water balance, water quality).
• Develop and maintain mine water balance models for operations, treatment, closure, and long-term care.
• Prepare design documents, calculations, and technical reports; support client communication.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical training.
