Job summary

Ensero Solutions seeks an experienced Hydrologist IV to join our team as an Intermediate Hydrologist. You will lead hydrological analysis, design surface water monitoring networks, manage QA/QC of datasets, and develop project water balances for regulatory reviews.

The role involves collaboration with field leads, meteorologists, and project managers to ensure data quality and alignment with project objectives. Mentorship of junior staff and strong regulatory focus are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hydrology, environmental or natural sciences.
• 7+ years of experience in environmental consulting or related industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hydrological input to projects throughout Ensero.
• Coordinate hydrological field programs, including scope, methods, and quality standards.
• Support baseline hydrological characterization programs and associated analysis and modeling.
• Assist with design and implementation of surface water and hydrometric monitoring programs.
• Work with field leads, meteorologists and project managers to integrate data collection and analysis.
• Support stage-discharge rating curve development and QA/QC of data.
• Prepare and QA/QC hydrology data for regulatory reports and deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff in the hydrology discipline.
