Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience performing technical reviews of studies, designs, and H&H models.
  • Ability to coordinate projects and manage scopes with consultants.
  • Strong communication when presenting to teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts technical review of studies, engineering designs, hydrologic & hydraulic models, and construction documents.
  • Manages SWIM initiatives ensuring alignment with objectives and policies.
  • Negotiates scopes of work and professional service fees with consultants.
  • Leads project and technical presentations to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Provides technical guidance and mentorship to staff engineers and scientists.
