Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Approximately 3–8 years of water resources, stormwater management, or land development experience.
  • Working knowledge of Maryland stormwater, erosion and sediment control, and environmental permitting requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design stormwater management, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and utility systems for land development projects.
  • Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical reports, construction plans, and permit applications.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, reviewing agencies, and other project consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3-8 years of relevant water resources, stormwater management, or land development experience.
  • Working knowledge of Maryland stormwater, erosion and sediment control, and environmental permitting requirements.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software; EIT or PE preferred.
