Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 11-15 years of progressive water resources engineering experience and hold a Maryland PE license.
You will lead planning, analysis, design, and permitting of water resources projects, mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients and regulators, and contribute to business development while delivering high-quality projects.

WRA is seeking an experienced Water Resources Engineer to join our team in the Baltimore office. The ideal candidate will have 11-15 years of relevant experience in water resources engineering, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality projects across both public and private sectors. A Maryland PE license is required.

The expected compensation range for this position is $140,000.00 - $215,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
