Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking an EIT – Engineer in Training to join their team in Canonsburg, PA. The successful candidate will assist in water/wastewater process and pipeline design projects, support field work, and prepare plans using AutoDesk Civil 3D. Candidates must hold a B.S. in Environmental or Civil Engineering, with EIT certification preferred, and have strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry office materials up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in water/wastewater design projects for industrial and municipal clients.
• Conduct field work including water sampling and site inspections.
• Prepare plans utilizing AutoDesk Civil 3D.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Knowledge of GIS software

Teamwork ability

Education

B.S. degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering

M.S. degree a plus
