Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering required.
• AZ Professional Engineers license required or ability to obtain.
• Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) required within six months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct water resources projects including hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
• Mentor staff; review calculations and reports; supervise construction documents production.
• Manage budgets, scopes, proposals, and contracts; drive business development.
