Zusammenfassung

Verdantas LLC is seeking an Intern in Water Collection Systems to support design, implementation, and maintenance of water collection infrastructure. You will work with senior engineers and project managers on real projects, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor's in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with internship or co-op exposure in water resources preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship or co-op experience in water resources or environmental engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to water collection systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with sustainable water management practices is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS, hydraulic modeling software).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Aufgaben

• Assist in the design and development of water collection systems, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.
• Conduct field inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for project submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning and execution.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.
• Perform data analysis and modeling to support engineering decisions.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in all project activities.
• Field conditions assessment, Confined Space Entry participation, flow monitoring, and other field data collection and review.
