Verdantas LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Staff Engineer in Water Collection Systems to help design, implement, and maintain water collection systems. You will work with senior engineers and project managers on field visits, data collection, and modeling to support project success.

The ideal candidate has a civil/environmental engineering background, internship experience, and a willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship or co-op experience in water resources or environmental engineering is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulations related to water collection systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and development of water collection systems (pipelines, pumping stations, treatment facilities).
• Conduct field inspections and assessments for project specs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation for submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and execution.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as needed.
• Perform data analysis and modeling to support engineering decisions.
• Ensure safety standards and best practices on all activities.
• Field conditions assessment, confined space entry participation, flow monitoring, and data collection.
