Job summary

Sagchip seeks an Environmental Specialist to implement the Water Resource Program under the Environmental Manager. You will collect, enter, analyze, and report water data, assist with quality monitoring, and support grant activities for this grant-funded role.

Requirements include a BS in Environmental Science or related field, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel and flexible scheduling may apply as needed by the department.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, or Natural Science.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management is expected.

Responsibilities

• Identify water sampling sites and collect samples per protocol.
• Manage, upload, and evaluate water sampling data.
• Assist with development of reports and plans for water resources programs.
