Job summary

Global Water Technology, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Water & Energy Services to execute and support water and energy treatment programs across client sites.

This frontline role blends hands-on field work with data collection, monitoring, and reporting to ensure programs run reliably and in line with company standards. You will engage clients to understand priorities, gather observations, and contribute to service delivery improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in science, engineering, technical, or related fields preferred.
• 0–5+ years of experience in water treatment, industrial services, facilities operations, mechanical trades, or related fields.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and comfort working in hands-on, technical environments.
• Strong interest in learning industrial water systems, chemistry, and mechanical processes.
• Ability to follow technical procedures, collect accurate data, and document findings clearly.
• Professional, client-facing demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute water and energy treatment programs across boilers, cooling towers, closed-loop systems, potable water, wastewater, and pretreatment processes.
• Perform routine system inspections, sampling, testing, and equipment checks to ensure program performance and compliance.
• Identify and report system deviations, risks, or performance gaps to Managers and Engineers.
• Support implementation of corrective actions, program adjustments, and system improvements under guidance from Managers and Engineers.
• Assist in the deployment of new equipment, treatment strategies, and program upgrades.
• Contribute to technical documentation, service reports, and client deliverables.
