Job summary

835 Water Resources Board is seeking a full‑time Groundwater Monitoring Specialist to join a team delivering essential water resources services. The role involves coordinating infrastructure projects, reviewing engineering plans, and ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

Extensive fieldwork and travel are expected. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and project management experience; PMP or Lean Six Sigma credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, construction management, project management, public administration, environmental science, or related field.
• 4+ years of project management or related experience.
• PMP, Scrum, Agile, Lean, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, manage, and implement infrastructure projects.
• Review engineering and construction documents for compliance.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; oversee construction activities.
• Process disbursement requests and provide technical and program assistance to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare reports.
