Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our Water Resilience team in Columbus, OH. You will design civil site elements for municipal infrastructure, perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, and support permit work while collaborating with clients and regulators.

The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree and 1–3 years of site civil experience, with strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills and knowledge of drainage and utility design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years of site civil engineering or related infrastructure experience
• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop civil site design deliverables, including grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, and construction documentation.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and support stormwater management, permitting, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, vendors, utility providers, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Participate in site investigations, field assessments, and construction-phase activities while maintaining high-quality project documentation.
