Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to pass a criminal background check, MVR and drug screen.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Preferred experience with chemical handling and treatment on a frac site.
• Adheres to safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions and report to the Supervisor or Manager for daily tasks and projects.
• Participate in training sessions and educational programs related to chemical programs.
• Conduct surveys, troubleshooting, and reporting on chemical treatment processes and issues encountered.
• Maintain inventory control and assist in troubleshooting related to inventory.
• Ensure proper setup and connection of equipment, inspections, and leak repairs.
• Identify safety hazards and report them using electronic methods to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct accurate inventory checks on chemicals and report to management.
• Safely handle hazardous chemicals and use appropriate PPE.
• Replace filter socks as needed.
• Perform water sample analysis and adjust chemical dosages to maintain proper treatment processes.
• Collect and analyze water samples and conduct preventive and emergency equipment maintenance.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies at all times.
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and management both verbally and in writing.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting on all activities and maintain a clean, organized work area.
