Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of progressively responsible management experience in Water Reclamation or related field.

• Ability to plan, organize, direct and motivate large teams across multiple sections.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to the public and staff.
• Plan, organize, direct and administer water reclamation operations including maintenance and construction.
• Direct and coordinate operational and technical activities of water reclamation facilities.
• Ensure compliance with state and local water treatment requirements.
• Oversee budgets and procurement, including vendor quotes and invoicing.
• Represent the department in negotiations and with external agencies.
