• Supervise regulatory programs to meet requirements of Utah DEQ, US EPA and other agencies.
• Oversee inspections, permitting, monitoring, sampling, enforcement actions, and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate with the public, stakeholders, and Salt Lake City Departments to meet regulatory obligations.
• Provide leadership and technical oversight for Clean Water Act compliance programs and MS4 permit implementation.
