Job summary

King County is seeking two Community Services II (Water Quality Planner/Project Manager II - WQPPM II) to plan, manage, and provide field communications and public outreach for multiple capital projects such as pipes, pump stations, tanks and treatment plants.

They will support projects in planning, design, and construction phases, interacting with community members affected by construction and working to gain acceptance of the division’s work.

• Plan, manage, and provide field communications and public outreach for multiple concurrent projects.
• Interact with community members directly affected by construction projects.
• Engage with diverse audiences and support emergency incidents as needed.
