Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead and optimize our analytical operations. You will supervise testing, ensure quality standards, and coordinate samples and client interactions at the Holly Springs site.

Qualified candidates hold a science degree, experience with TOC and conductivity testing, and a track record of leadership. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Thursday schedule with extended days.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a scientific concentration.
• TOC and conductivity testing experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards in lab operations.
• Oversee cross-training initiatives and follow through.
• Foster morale and teamwork; implement reward and recognition programs.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; meet with clients regularly.
• Lead team scheduling and training in a client-facing environment.
• Perform lab testing and support for all assays.
• Lead sample collection and manage logistics for testing.
• Review lab results and assist with document writing/editing.
