Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions seeks a Laboratory Lead to supervise daily lab operations at the Holly Springs, NC site, ensuring top quality and efficiency while guiding staff and maintaining client relationships.

The role emphasizes TOC and conductivity testing, adherence to safety standards, and effective sample logistics. Bachelor’s degree required; leadership experience preferred; US work authorization required. Full-time, Fri-Mon 8am-6pm schedule with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific concentration.
• Experience with TOC and conductivity testing preferred.
• Prior experience in leadership preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations.
• Ensure cross training initiatives are in place and followed.
• Foster morale and teamwork with recognition programs.
• Develop and maintain effective, trusting work and customer relationships.
• Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client-facing environment.
• Perform lab testing and support for all laboratory assays for all samples.
• Lead sample collection and manage sample logistics for testing.
• Review lab testing results.
• Assist with writing, review and editing of documents.
