Job summary

Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Lab Supervisor to lead and optimize our analytical operations. You will supervise testing, ensure quality standards, and coordinate samples and client interactions at the Holly Springs site.

Qualified candidates hold a science degree, experience with TOC and conductivity testing, and a track record of leadership. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Thursday schedule with extended days.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a scientific concentration.
• TOC and conductivity testing experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions.

Job Description

• Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations.

• Perform lab testing and support for all laboratory assays for all samples
• Lead sample collection and manage sample logistics for testing
• Review lab testing results
• Assist with writing, review and editing of documents

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a scientific concentration
• Experience with TOC and conductivity testing preferred
• Prior experience in leadership preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States without restrictions

Additional Information

This position is Full-Time, 4 days x 10 hours schedule Fri-Mon, 8am-6pm with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Holly Springs, NC are encouraged to apply.
