Qualifications

• Education equivalent to an associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Analyst II requires 3 years in a water/wastewater laboratory.
• Driver’s license and CA WEA certificates required or obtainable within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, perform, and interpret physical, chemical, and bacteriological tests on wastewater and recycled water samples.
• Collect water samples from facility and field, including operating a boat for field sampling.
• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
