Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related experience.
• PMI PMP, CCM or DBIA certification required within 12 months of hire.
• Travel may be required (up to 10%).
• Equivalent related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies; develop statements of work and WBS.
• Align internal teams and stakeholders on project requirements and plans.
• Identify and manage project risks; monitor performance metrics; implement mitigations.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget changes per change-management processes.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee project financials including cost tracking, forecasting, billing, profitability.
• Review client invoices and payments; manage subcontractor/vendor invoices.
• Develop staffing and resource plans; coordinate internal and external resources.
• Provide clear direction and assign work; support timely completion.
• Coach and mentor project staff and escalate issues as needed.
• Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
• Support safety planning and continuous improvement.
