Job summary

CDM Smith in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a background in industrial water and/or wastewater to lead planning and design of water projects, support business development, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across the country.

This role is hybrid with a minimum of two days in the office at various Industrial offices nationwide; travel up to 10% may be expected, with opportunities to work on high-tech, data center, chemical and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP, CCM or DBIA certification within 12 months.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
• Equivalent experience may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for water/wastewater projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering staff.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budgets for assigned projects.
• Ensure QA/QC of key deliverables and support other PMs.
• Assist with business development and client relations across the U.S.
• Engage with professional societies and build client networks.
• Maintain positive relationships with key decision makers.
