Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead water/wastewater projects within our Industrial Business unit. You will be the main point of contact for planning and design of water, water reuse, and wastewater projects, supporting business development across the United States.

The role is hybrid with two in-office days and can be based in one of our industrial offices nationwide. Travel up to 10% is possible as duties demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 10 years of related experience.
• PMP/CCM/DBIA certification is required within 12 months of hire or promotion.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage water/wastewater projects as the primary Project Manager.
• Provide technical guidance and senior leadership to engineering staff.
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget development and monitoring.
• Perform QA/QC of key deliverables and mentor others on projects.
• Support client service leaders with technical marketing for clients nationwide.
• Engage in professional societies and build relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects.
