Job summary

Veolia North America in Boise seeks a proven operations supervisor to lead the production and treatment teams. You will oversee maintenance, safety, regulatory compliance, and budget execution to deliver high-quality water at a reasonable cost.

The ideal candidate has a engineering/technical degree, 5+ years in water utilities, and a track record supervising union environments. Strong SCADA and reporting skills are essential, with Idaho licensing pursued if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Management or Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years in a water utility with both well and surface production facilities.
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience; union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production department daily operations and safety.
• Achieve customer service and regulatory compliance outcomes.
• Develop and manage departmental budget plans and control costs.
• Oversee performance reviews and staff development.
• Ensure OSHA and company safety rules are followed.
