Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–8 years of plant maintenance, with 4 years supervisory experience.
• Valid Georgia driver's license required; Journeyman's license preferred.
• Experience with Maximo CMMS and maintenance of water facilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate staff; assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Instruct staff on repair procedures and safety practices.
• Prepare work orders and daily activity reports for management.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Budget involvement and vendor coordination for maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and lead safety-focused maintenance.
