Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Supervise mechanics, electricians, and technicians.
• Manage CMMS-driven maintenance plans and budgets.
• Oversee equipment reliability, SCADA, and process controls.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports on maintenance metrics and budgets.
• Coordinate major overhauls and capital projects.
